• Will I have Broker Support

• Do you offer Leads?

We can partner with referral programs such as Opcity or Homestory but traditionally, no Strategic does not provide paid leads. We can generate leads from the website and those are passed on to the agents as they come in. Agents can also generate their own leads from the website as well.

• Can I start a team with Strategic and my own splits?

Yes, the other agents will need to sign up for $200 a month membership plan like all other members. Afterwards, you are able to set your own commission splits. This model is a superb way to maximize your benefits at Strategic Realty.

• Do you have a physical location?

Yes, headquarters are in Wichita Falls & Burkburnett Texas. Most of our agents work virtually and remotely however if you need a space and are here locally, your welcome to come and join us.

• How long does it take to sign up?

Getting started is very quick and simple. It takes less than an hour and once complete, you request sponsorship via TREC and inform your board of the move. After this, you will be part of Strategic Realty Family!

• What is the cost for E&O per transaction?

E&O is included in the monthly fee, you will never be charged additional fees with Strategic.

• Are there any other fees with Strategic?

NO, no additional fees will ever be charge to you from Strategic. If you sign up for additional services, you may pay fees directly to those companies but never to Strategic.

• Do I need to be part of MLS to Join?

No, you can be a Non-MLS agent, usually for apartment locating or new home sales agents. Or for those in remote areas with no MLS system.

• Can I do Real Estate part-time with Strategic?

Absolutely, you are an independent contractor with Strategic. You set your own goals and requirements for income. Our broker will never micro-managing your business.

• How do I get paid at closing?

About a week prior to closing, you can submit all the forms to the broker & once that is complete, you can produce a CDA in the Brokermint program and send that to the Title company for disbursement at closing. You can instruct them to Wire or give you a physical check. Your choice.

• Does your website allow CRM add-on?

Yes, lofty can be linked and several other CRM programs, agent will need to pay for those services separately from Strategic.

• Are you a HUD certified agent?

Yes, Broker has a NAID registered with HUD.

• Do you train or sponsor new agents?

This is a little harder to do with $200 a month membership. However, we can link you up with a mentor who can help you learn the process. It may also be possible to assign you to a team already working in your area. We can discuss more, just call the Broker. 940-257-3875
